All tuition payments for the Summer Dance Intensive are non-refundable. One registration is completed and payment is received, no refunds will be issued for cancellations, absences, or withdrawals for any reason.

By registering for and participating in the Summer Dance Intensive or any One World Dance programs, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
Dance and physical activity involve inherent risks of injury, including but not limited to strains, sprains, falls, or other physical harm.
You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation, whether during class, rehearsal, or related events.
You release and hold harmless One World Dance, its instructors, staff, affiliates, and venue partners from any and all liability for injuries, losses, or damages resulting from participation, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct.
You certify that you (or your child, if registering on their behalf) are physically fit to participate and have no known medical condition that would prevent safe involvement in dance activities.
If you are enrolling a minor, you affirm that you are their legal guardian and are granting permission for their participation under these terms.
