One World Dance™ is a new educational company founded by Ada Cacciatore
c.v in 2022. OWD is a global dance initiative that celebrates cultural exchange through movement. Its mission is to connect dancers from around the world and build community through the shared language of dance. The program offers unique international experiences that combine high-level training with immersive artistic and cultural opportunities.
A.C. is a dance teacher and choreographer from Italy with more than 10 years of experience in the US. She began her professional dance training at the National Academy of Dance in Rome, where she received her B.A in Dance. She continued her study at The Ailey School, The official School of Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater where she completed her Independent Study Program. She is a trained dancer in multiple styles including ballet, modern, contemporary and jazz. Ms. Cacciatore has performed works by many choreographers including Donald Byrd, Darshan Singh Bhuller, Amaury Lebrun, Francesca Harper, Sidra Bell, Lakay Worrell and Max Luna. She garnered invitations to participate in prestigious summer dance intensives, including the renowned Alonzo King Lines Ballet in San Francisco, the prestigious Nederland Dans Theater in the Netherlands, and Random Dance Company in the UK. She joined the ABT's production as supernumerary and she is a proud ABT Certified Teacher. In January 2023, she joined The Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater family as a ballet teacher in their Junior Division Program.
She is a dedicated and passionate teacher with a love for helping children grow and develop. She is responsible for creating a safe and inclusive learning environment where students feel confident to explore and express themselves. She believes in hard work, creativity, and fun when it comes to teaching dance.
The company's mission is to promote cross-cultural understanding and empathy, through dance education.
The
One World Dance Program (OWDP) offers a variety of both online and in-person classes and workshops designed to engage students of all ages and skill levels. Through dynamic instruction, the program explores the history and cultural significance of diverse dance styles from around the world.
OWDP is rooted in the values of diversity, inclusivity, and social awareness, aiming to foster a more connected and culturally conscious dance community.
In addition to its classes, the program provides educational resources for private schools and community organizations; including lesson plans and curriculum-friendly materials that support arts integration and global learning.
