1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the One World Dance website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use this website.

One World Dance reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Use of Website Content

All content on this website—including text, graphics, images, logos, icons, videos, and other materials—is the property of One World Dance or its content providers and is protected by United States and international copyright laws.

The materials on this website are provided for personal, informational, and non-commercial use related to participation in One World Dance programs.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, transmit, republish, or exploit any content from this website without prior written permission from One World Dance.

3. Program Registration, Payment & Refund Policy

Registration for the One World Dance Summer Dance Intensive requires full tuition by March 15, in order to secure a participant’s place in the program.

Refund Policy

• Participants who cancel their registration on or before May 31, 2026 are eligible to receive a refund of tuition minus a $50 administrative fee.

• After June 1, 2026, all tuition payments are non-refundable.

• No refunds will be issued for:

missed classes
absences
voluntary withdrawal from the program
travel issues
scheduling conflicts
personal circumstances preventing attendance.

One World Dance reserves the right to modify the program schedule, instructors, or program structure if necessary.

In the "unlikely event" that the program is canceled by One World Dance, registered participants will be notified and appropriate arrangements will be made.

4. Disclaimer

This website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

One World Dance makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the operation of the website or the information, content, or services provided on the website.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, One World Dance disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

5. Limitation of Liability

One World Dance shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of—or inability to use—this website or its content.

This includes, but is not limited to, damages related to loss of data, interruption of service, or reliance on website content.

9. Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver

By registering for and participating in the One World Dance Summer Dance Intensive or any related programs, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Dance and physical activity involve inherent risks of injury, including but not limited to strains, sprains, falls, or other physical harm.

Participants voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation in classes, rehearsals, workshops, performances, and related activities.

Participants agree to release and hold harmless One World Dance, its instructors, staff members, affiliates, and venue partners from any claims, injuries, damages, or losses resulting from participation, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct.

Participants certify that they (or their child, if registering a minor) are physically fit to participate and have no known medical condition that would prevent safe participation in dance activities.

If enrolling a minor, the parent or legal guardian confirms that they are authorized to provide consent and accept these terms on behalf of the participant.
